Position Title: Human Resources Intern
Work Location: Netherlands Rotterdam Office Willemswerf, Boompjes 40, 3011XB Rotterdam
Work Time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with an internship duration of 3 months or more.
Key Responsibilities
1.Partner with hiring managers and HR to lead campus recruitment for local logistics and e-commerce roles, ensuring timely hiring deliverables.
2.Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, leveraging targeted outreach.
3.Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating the hiring process.
4.Support onboarding and ensure accurate candidate data entry into HR systems.
5.Participate in recruitment events and assist with employer branding efforts.
6.Enhance the candidate experience from sourcing to offer, prioritizing inclusivity.
7.Top-performing interns may be prioritized for full-time conversion.
Job requirements
1.Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2.Previous internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Chinese and at least one of Dutch, or French as working languages.
4.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
5.Willing to take ownership of tasks and collaborate with international teams.
