We're hiring a Service Advisor to join our team at Sunset Ford.

Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with any service and dealership inquiries.
Consult with customers on applicable service specials and present service menus relating to automotive service needs and benefits
Document services declined and provide follow-up on future service considerations
Keep customer informed daily on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
Create and present repair estimates, dictating immediately needed services and future needed services
Determines Ford Warranty repairs, submitting required documents correctly and ensuring all warranty claims are paid in full
Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
Collects payment, submits to fleet companies, and extended warranty companies for coverage
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
Build strong relationships with the customers and communicate well with all staff and customers
Service Advisor Qualifications
Service Advisor / Automotive Experience Required
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer and typing skills
Organized, On Time, Reliable, Trainable, and Follows Process
Enjoys talking to people and meeting new people
Great customer handling skills, ability to cashier, good phone etiquette
Technology / Bluetooth phone savvy
