Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; college courses in accounting, business or related field preferred;and one year of customer service experience in a call center environment; or an equivalentcombination of training and experience.

Must be multi-task oriented and able to work understressful and demanding situations.

Good oral/written communication skills; good typing skillswith speed and accuracy a must.

Ability to demonstrate problem solving and resolution.

PC experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook required.Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.

Duties Functions include but are not limited to assisting customers in person, telephone and written correspondence with regard to new connections, disconnections, account information, and billing questions; determine fees required; support for online/IVR payments; investigate accounts and consumption histories; respond to inquiries regarding charges, credit histories.

Perform other work as required.This position is part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience.

Shift Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.
