As a Service Assistant, you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department.
What you'll be working on:
Answer incoming Service Department phones
Service appointment scheduling
Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash
Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer.
Closing completed work orders
Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software
Scanning and filing of documents
Calling guests who are overdue for service
Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions
Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN verifications, & Weight certificates
What you need to bring to the table:
Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (no major violations)
X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Salary: $17.95 - $30.00 per hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
