The Revenue Operations Specialist will be part of the Revenue Operations team primarily supporting Sales Teams in the America’s in achieving their financial and strategic goals.

This role will support and partner with the leadership teams in Finance, Data Analytics and Sales to continuously drive value-add and operational standard efficiencies.

This position requires a strong analytical and strategic mindset focused on presenting accurate data, specifically addressing projected revenue, and other key performance drivers, and recommendations to the North America, LATAM, EMEA, and ASIA organizations as we continue to drive sustainable growth.

Strong technical (i.e.

automation, Power BI, Tableau, visualization, etc.), project management, and critical thinking skills as well as a robust understanding of available data will be vital for success.

What You'll DoPartner with Commercial Finance, Insights, and Sales teams in the development and maintenance of accurate and timely reporting tools.Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the behavior of our corporate customers.Provide necessary metrics and KPIs on a timely basis following regulatory requirementsPartner with Sales Directors and BDE’s to build robust analytical models, tools, and processes and provide superior service to business partners/internal stakeholders.Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex problems to provide clear and effective recommendationsUtilize advanced presentation and visualization software to effectively communicate projections/results to key stakeholdersManage/provide/coordinate efficiency solutions to our revenue-driving stakeholders to maximize efficient resources.Manage through various Ad hoc reporting across lines of business as requiredManage larger-scale projects as needed that may require collaboration across multiple departments to generate a large-scale efficiency initiative.Internally, the role must work collaboratively with Sales Team leads, corporate finance, shared services, and marketing.

What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related fieldMBA or CPA preferred, but not required1+ years of experience in similar positionsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Reporting Tools (e.g.

TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce)Experience with VBA, Power BI, SQL, and/or TableauExperience with Automation Workflows and using AI toolsBusiness and industry acumenStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and complex Data Modeling skills.Commitment to team development and continuous improvement.Confidence to work on complex projects and drive them to a solution.Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence senior executives.Track record of process improvement initiatives.Ability to see the big picture, but able to dive into the details when required.Be able to understand and anticipate the needs of key stakeholders.

However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
