You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.\n\nWhy You Should Apply to be a Shipping Coordinator:\n\n\tJoin a premier client in Worthington/Lewis Center area.\n\tOpportunity to work in the logistics industry.\n\tGain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nWhat’s a Typical Day as a Shipping Coordinator?\nYou’ll be:\n\n\n\tProcessing incoming packages for the corresponding order number and shipping them to the end-user.\n\tAssisting the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager with email support, recycling assistance, and assigned tasks.\n\tReceiving packages and documenting them thoroughly.\n\tPerforming the final order review of packages and securing them properly until the couriers pick them up.\n\tProcessing and tracking incoming shipments.\n\tManaging the inventory of devices and accessories.\n\tMatching incoming devices to open orders.\n\tProcessing shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA).\n\tRecording all data for outbound shipments.\n\tProcessing return orders from clients.\n\tEquipping and provisioning devices as required.\n\tAssisting with final order reviews.\n\tProviding support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.\n\tSpecializing in receiving inbound and exporting outbound shipments.\n\tPerforming other related duties as assigned.\n\nThis Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:\n\n\n\tHave a high school diploma or equivalent.\n\tHave at least six (6) months of experience within logistics.\n\tAre proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\n\tHave excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\tHave strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\tHave excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\n\tCan function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.\n\n\n #CB #P1\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
