Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation has an immediate need for a Maintenance Tech. This position will perform various duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our community.

Duties:

Prepare units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

Apartment maintenance experience is preferred

HVAC certification highly preferred

MUST be able to assist with on-call responsibilities
