ERP Specialist (Bilingual Korean Preferred)

Location: Alpharetta & Commerce, GA, United States

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8 hours/day On-call support as needed (including holidays and off-hours)

Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Specialist, you will support the SAP ERP operations for SK Battery America, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality, system optimization, and project execution.

ERP System Operations & Support

Provide daily support for SAP ERP operations with a focus on EV battery manufacturing systems

Support and enhance SAP modules, including FCM (Finance/Controlling Module) and SCM (Supply Chain Management)

Perform ABAP programming and SAP configuration changes

Deliver end-user support and training, including onboarding and SAP system orientation for new team members

Project Management & Coordination

Participate in the execution and follow-up of global ERP projects

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure business continuity

Support monthly and year-end closing processes and external/internal audits

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives

Actively engage in digital transformation efforts in a manufacturing IT environment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience as an ERP Specialist preferred

Experience working with SAP ERP, including configuration, support, and ABAP development

Certifications in ERP or SAP are a plus

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support them

Effective communicator and team collaborator

Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred)
