Bank of New Hampshire, one of the Best Companies to Work for in NH and the Lakes Region, is seeking a detail orientated and customer focused individual to fill the role of Electronic Banking Specialist. This position is a full-time and will work in our Gilford, NH office.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Building relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Verification and daily balancing of accounts and ATM terminals.

Placing orders for new or replacement ATM, Debit-by-Design, HSA, Business and Prestige cards for customers.

Coordinate ATM installations.

Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.

Verify accuracy of all incoming and outgoing ACH transactions.

Process ACH filter, positive pay, and account/deposit reconciliation enrollments.

Establish customer criteria for success with Business Online Banking and Personal Online Banking. This includes processing enrollments, setting up or maintaining account alerts; monitor and decision Risk & Frau Analytics (RFA) activity and more.

Balance general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

Other related duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

1-2 years’ experience working in a detail orientated environment in a bank position of similar duties and responsibilities.

Previous experience with monitoring fraudulent activity is preferred.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers over the phone or in person.

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
