Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for assembling kits and final weapons (rifles and pistols).

Essential Functions:

Use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, micrometers, and rulers to perform duties

Assemble complex components.

Able to troubleshoot problems when necessary.

Perform material handling tasks.

Verify conformance of parts to stock list and prints, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

Maintain and lubricate parts and components.

Rework and replace damaged parts of assemblies.

Perform work assignments to the highest level of quality.

Observe all safety requirements and company policies.

Perform repetitive tasks.

Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Position Specifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Able to read drawings is preferred.

Must be able to use hand and power tools.

Need to be detail oriented and able to follow instructions.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Zero to three years of experience in assembly/manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical and Mental Demands (travel, lifting restrictions, etc.):

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and possess manual dexterity.

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
