Salary:
Pherson seeks a highly qualifiedadjunct (part-time, contractor) Intelligence Training Instructor with subject matter expertise in Watchlisting and All-Source Intelligence Analysisto join our adjunct instructor team and support a U.S. government agency in theSpringfield, VAarea. The selected instructor will deliver specialized intelligence training to government personnel, ranging from 23 day virtual workshops to two-week, in-person courses, primarily held in theDC Metropolitan Area.

Work Environment
Courses are deliveredonsite, virtually, and occasionally atoffsite locations around the country
This is apart-time contract rolewith potential foradditional assignments and recurring opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction on topics related to:
TheTerrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE)
TheTerrorist Screening Database (TSDB)
Watchlisting Guidance Authority,policy, and legal framework
Screening and vettingprocedures across the U.S. government
Watchlisting nomination and validation processes
Definitions of terrorism, watchlisting standards, and related IC terminology
Teach bothvirtual and in-person courses
Travel occasionally to support offsite course delivery
Evaluate student performance and provide clear, actionable feedback
Stay current onwatchlisting policy, authorities, andinteragency coordination practices
Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance required
Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analytic expertise, preferably withinHomeland Security,law enforcement, orcounterterrorismmission spaces
Minimum of 5 years direct operational experience in watchlisting, to include: nominating and validating watchlist entries; and applying legal and policy guidance in an operational environment
Bachelors degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Education)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt instruction toadult learnerswith diverse operational backgrounds
Preferred Skills
Intelligence Educator or Instructor Certification from aU.S. government agency
Familiarity with current interagency watchlisting procedures, including relevant USG policies
