We are seeking a fast and accurate Data Entry Typist to support our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage large volumes of data input with speed and precision. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and reports.Key Responsibilities

Accurately type and enter data into internal systems and databases

Review source documents and correct any errors in data entry

Perform routine data verification and cleanup tasks

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information

Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

Assist with ad hoc data-related projects as required

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues or inconsistencies

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain data integrityQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

Proven experience in data entry or typing roles (1+ years preferred)

Exceptional typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
