Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Telecom Account Associate:
Engage customers directly by providing expert advice on wireless products and services to meet their needs
Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
Conduct market research with the Telecom Account Associate team to understand customer needs, optimize company sales, and stay ahead of the competition
Efficiently and confidently upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
Working closely with the Telecom Account Associate team and management to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals
Utilize negotiating skills to close out sales and finalize contracts
Lead informative training sessions and coordinate with the Telecom Account Associate team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Help track and analyze with the Telecom Account Associate team customer interactions and sales performance
Qualifications and Requirements for the Telecom Account Associate Role:
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred
You are a natural self-starter capable of working at a high level in an independent environment
Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
A passion for learning and developing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
Proactive naturally and works well in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask multiple responsibilities simultaneously
