Job Description
We are looking for a talented Process Technician to join our growing team. This opportunity has the responsibility for supporting complex program launches as well as review current programs and machines for improvin production efficiency. This role is ideal for those with extensive process engineering experience in the injection molding industry.
Starting pay: $24-$30 per hour depending on experience plus Shift Differential

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for machine start-ups
Maximize uptime on all machine centers with objective to reduce and eliminate downtime
First response to all machine, robot and secondary equipment alarms
Ensure machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency
Troubleshoot machine, mold and material issues
Make necessary adjustments to prevent part defects
Respond to Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes
Responsible for accurate completion of Process Verification and Master Set-Up Sheets
Ensures proper care of all equipment especially the managing and proper disposal of all purge
Drive the reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold repair items.
Responsible for follow all OSHA and safety rules and regulations
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
3rd Shift - Monday through Friday 11 pm to 7 am
2nd Shift - Monday through Friday 3 pm to 11 pm

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 3-5 years experiences in plastics
Experienced in mold setups and troubleshooting
Must be willing to stay current with technology through continuous education
3-5 years experience troubleshooting injection molding preferred
Robotics experience preferred
Knowledge of injection molding machines, tools, and plastics
Working knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Mechanical aptitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position is located in a manufacturing environment, and may involve physical activity such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
