Production Automation Operator
Rockwall, TX 1st Shift Mid to High $20s/hour (based on experience)
Were looking for a Production Automation Operator to join our team on 1st shift in Rockwall. If youve got experience with automated production lines and enjoy being hands-on with troubleshooting, this might be a great fit. Youll be working with robots, sensors, PLCsyou name itand helping keep the line running smoothly.
What youll be doing:
Starting up, shutting down, and troubleshooting automation equipment
Swapping out tooling and fixturing during changeovers
Performing basic maintenance and inspections
Jumping in when things go wrong to fix mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues
Keeping accurate records of downtime, maintenance, and production
Working closely with process techs, engineers, and production staff to keep everything running efficiently
Occasionally helping out with break coverage or other production tasks
Light robot programming/touch-ups if needed (we can train you)
What were looking for:
Experience in automation or a similar production support role
Technical diploma or associate degree in automation, electrical tech, or similar field (bachelors is a bonus)
Ability to read electrical schematics and understand systems
Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting automation equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
A team player who communicates well and works well across shifts
Details you should know:
Pay is in the mid to high $20s/hour, depending on your experience
This is a full-time, on-site role on 1st shift
Youll need to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day
Indoor work with exposure to seasonal temps
