Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am - Up to $24/hr + Eligible for $1 Shift Differential*

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the performance of the team for order pulling quality, packing, and shipping.
Actively participates in FC safety programs that include training and ensuring record-keeping standards are met or exceeded.
Schedules employees to work in accordance with department productivity requirements.
Provides regular feedback for employees as it applies to the standards set in the Standard Operating Procedures
Acts as a team builder and ensures the efficient operation of the department.
Assists the Operations Manager in establishing daily and monthly shift objectives in the areas of quality, productivity, and safety.
Adheres to assigned department budget in areas of direct control, labor allocation, supplies, etc.
Additional duties to meet warehouse needs may be assigned.
Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Management.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal skills.
High energy level; maintains professional and courteous relationships with the entire 1A Team.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible.
Service-oriented.
Ability to use and understand MS Office programs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3-5 years related experience in a high (10,000+) sku volume manufacturing or e-commerce environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good grammar and verbal skills.
