Sales Focus Inc. has pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998. We have 26 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients.

Our client, HomeWater, Since 2010 has installed thousands of our innovative Whole Home and Under Counter water filtration systems throughout the U.S. and Canada. HomeWater has designed their patented EZChange filter systems to offer the best tasting water possible, while maintaining an easy installation and a minimal equipment footprint. With a focus on innovation, HomeWater continues to strengthen their brand with best-in-class products that they believe in and stand behind.

About the Outside Sales Representative:

The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. Responsibilities include:

Providing customer service: Responding to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction

Communicating with customers: Educate potential customers to better understand the services which HomeWater can provide to home owners

Building relationships: Developing and maintaining customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction

Identifying prospects: Traveling within an assigned territory to acquire new customers, capturing relevant customer information and imputing into a CRM

Drive Growth and Sales: meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission

This is a full-time, face-to-face, D2D sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

Benefits

Base pay plus uncapped commission

Earning potential of $50,000 - $80,000+

Outside sales experience preferred but not required

Travel and complete routes within a territoryWork Schedule

Full-time – 8 hours a day

Ideal schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, but can be flexible

Typical shift would be between 8A and 6P
