About the Role:

The Integration Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing the integration of various systems and processes within our operations in Goodyear, AZ. This position is responsible for ensuring that all integration projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Integration Foreman will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinating their efforts to achieve seamless integration across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong focus on problem-solving and communication, as the foreman will liaise with different departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. Ultimately, the success of this position directly impacts the overall productivity and effectiveness of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a construction or integration environment.

Strong understanding of integration processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Experience with project management software and tools.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the integration team to ensure project milestones are met.

Develop and implement integration plans, ensuring all systems are compatible and functioning as intended.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments of integration processes to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align integration efforts with organizational goals.

Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
