Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled B2B Air and Energy Specialist for LG Electronics based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for giving support to B2B.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Full Time in-office position. No remote work.

B2B Air and Energy Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer AE, EVC and Solar phone calls.

• Serve as a case manager, utilizing Salesforce and GSFS system.

• Troubleshoot PTAC products to include dispatching repairs and sending out parts.

• Process EVC tickets to include creating SWAP/RNR/ or just troubleshooting.

• Updating Master File with all work and part status for the day.

• Other duties as assigned.

B2B Air and Energy Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Call Center experience.

• Quality experience or related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.
