Site Acquisition Specialist Wireless Telecom (PA Market)
Location: Remote (Preferred: EST or CST Time Zones)
Pay: $38.46/hr $40.87/hr ($80k/yr--$85k/yr)
We re seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume wireless telecom projects in the Pennsylvania market. This is a fully remote role supporting new site builds and modification projects with a focus on lease negotiation, zoning, permitting, and tower owner application processes.

Role Overview
The Site Acquisition Specialist will lead efforts across candidate selection, lease execution, entitlement, and permitting for wireless new builds and modifications. You ll interface with internal teams, tower owners, local jurisdictions, and landowners to ensure sites move smoothly from search ring release to construction readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Execute candidate searches from Search Ring Release, analyzing local zoning codes and jurisdictional requirements.
Lead high-volume leasing and modification application processes.
Navigate and manage documentation through top tower owner portals, including POs, check requests, and necessary compliance docs.
Take sites through zoning and permitting processes where applicable.
Provide regular, structured updates via market-specific tracking tools for internal and client-facing meetings.
Coordinate lease negotiations and execute final agreements with detailed records of terms and negotiations.
Attend virtual deployment and project meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality delivery.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
~ 3 5 years of wireless telecom experience with a strong background in site acquisition, new builds, and modifications.
Proven experience managing tower owner applications, lease negotiations, and entitlement workflows.
Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume telecom environments with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word proficiency required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical and procedural details clearly.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or unrestricted work eligibility).
Ability to travel to sites when necessary (minimal to none expected).
Completion and passing of all mandatory internal certifications (to be provided post-hire).
