TMD Staffing in Kyle, TX is seeking an experienced STAND UP REACH FORKLIFT OPERATOR for a Food Manufacturer in Buda, TX. The candidate we hire will be responsible for following processes, staging ingredients, moving raw materials and finished goods. They will be performing cycle counts, recording the necessary ERP System transactions, assisting other department as necessary and will be maintaining the material handling equipment. The STAND UP REACH FORKLIFT OPERATOR will also be responsible to perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. They will assist with receiving and inspecting inbound shipments and completing transactions in ERP System. This is a temp-to-hire position. We are looking for someone with good work ethic that can commit to this job.

All instructions are in English, therefore we are needing someone that read, speak and write in English.

PAY: $16.91/HR, Weekly Compensation with payrate increase when transitioned to permanent.

SCHEDULE: Regular Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, need flexibility on end time and available on off days based on production needs. May work an occasional Saturday.

Job Description:

Stage and Move raw materials.

Experience using a STAND UP REACH FORKLIFT to ensure pallets of products are ready and staged for the day s production

Keep workspace clean and free of debris

Fill out data report and submit at end of each shift

Wear the necessary PPE and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Requirements:

Experience in food manufacturing is a great plus

Open to flexible schedule

Be able to stand throughout shift.

Be able to lift 30-35lbs.

Be able to follow record data in English.

Be able to wear PPE

No face piercings

No false nails or false eyelashes

No baggy or stressed clothing

Have reliable transportation

No jewelry on neck, fingers, or wrists

Be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Eligible to work in the USA
