TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Customer Service- Inside Sales in the Houston, TX area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Office
PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide sales and customer service to retail customers via walk-in, telephone, and email by providing pricing, product availability, refunds/exchanges, and answering customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years experience in customer service, preferably last position was in a customer service inside sales role
High level data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient Microsoft Suite software experience utilizing Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to read and write in English.
Have used an ERP program recently within last year and have ability to learn a new ERP system
Ability to learn company products and pricing, as well as ability to use formulas for discount and estimating, basic math skills required
