TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Office Administrator in the Houston, TX area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Office Setting
PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
May serve as office receptionist. Greets visitor, determines the nature of their business, and notifies appropriate staff member while ensuring office security measures are followed correctly.
Prepares routine correspondence, office forms and /or other business related documents.
Perform data entry/retrieval functions.
Handles incoming and outgoing mail and interoffice communications.
May perform office supply inventory and replenishment services.
May arrange meetings and conferences, maintain calendars and make travel reservations.
Understand and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co workers, attend periodic safety meetings as required. May recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
1 Year Administrative or related experience
