Position Title: Quality Control

Wage: $20-$25/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am

QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Quality Control role in Germantown, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Quality Control Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies to ensure compliance to product requirements and customer specifications

- Maintain quality control documentation as required and assigned

- Review parts with questionable visual defects and make determinations on part conformance as needed

- Collect temperature data for the forming process (Sheet and Demold)

- Review non-conformances and determine/concur on disposition

- Keep non-conforming area current and well organized and maintained

Quality Control Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience working within a thermoforming manufacturing setting

- Basic hand metrology tools i.e. tape measure, caliper, go/no go

- Strong competency of visual thermoforming and machining defects

- Must be able to stand entire shift

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - 1/3 of shift
