Set up and operate CNC press brake machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.

Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Train and mentor junior staff on CNC press brake operations and safety practices. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

Proven experience in CNC press brake setup and operation.

Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
