Injection Molding Process Technician

Location: Royalton, Vermont

We are looking for an experienced Process Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee injection molding operations, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards. Shifts Available:

Day or night shifts (Monday–Friday)

Overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes

Perform quality control checks and maintain compliance documentation

Troubleshoot and maintain molding equipment

Conduct process audits and enforce 5S standards

Collaborate with Quality Assurance on product validation

Track production metrics and implement process improvements

Oversee material handling and inventory management

Provide leadership during shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in injection molding manufacturing

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems

Excellent documentation and analytical abilities

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Flexible for overtime and weekend shifts
