Data Entry (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to support our client in processing Mortgage Loan Originator license applications. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Review and verify Mortgage Loan Originator license applications for completeness and accuracy

Enter application data and update status information in the internal LINX database

Upload supporting documents and manage digital records

Draft and send correspondence to applicants requesting additional documents or notifying them of application deficiencies

Verify compliance with licensing requirements, including background checks, testing, education, work sponsorship, and surety bonds

Prepare compliance checklists to evaluate eligibility for licensing based on statutory and regulatory criteria

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least one (1) year of experience in clerical support or related administrative work

One (1) year of hands-on experience using intermediate Microsoft Excel features (e.g., pivot tables, mail merge, formulas for comparing spreadsheets)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Capable of managing multiple tasks with varying priorities

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
