About the Role:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Review and interpret blueprints and specifications

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

Relevant certification or training is a plus
