Position Summary
The Patient Relations Representative functions as the primary point of contact for the daily patient account functions, cashiering, addressing and resolution of insurance inquiries, reconciliation of patient account balances, and performs the end of day reconciliation for depositing the clinic’s accounts receivables. This position is also responsible for any clerical work designated by the Graduate Program Directors or direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills is a must.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
Prior work experience in a dental/medical office setting.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
