ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an upcoming web services conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support for this exciting event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.
About: This conference is hosted by the top web services company for the global cloud computing community. The event will feature keynote announcements, training and certification opportunities, technical sessions, a partner expo, after-hours events, and so much more.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Rate: $20.00/hr
Dates: Sunday, June 15th - Wednesday, June 18th
Shifts: Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift.
A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.
Duties will be one or more of the following:
- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
- Provide general event assistance as assigned
Qualifications:
Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, events, hospitality, retail or customer service
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
