Responsible for maintaining a line of communication between individuals in the waiting rooms and in the clinical areas within Emergency Services.
Provide support and crisis management in trauma situations for families and patients. Provides clinical personnel and other emergency care center staff with support and
opportunities for stress management
Education
• Education Required
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Education Preferred
• Associates degree or certification preferred.
• Advanced studies in humanity, psychology, social work or equivalent preferred.
• License, Certification and/or Registration
• Must be certified in BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period.
• Will consider experience in lieu of degree or certification
