Position Summary:

The Clinical Program Manager will play an essential role in our team by supporting clinical, operational, and administrative functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. This position serves as a clinical and operational resource, promoting best practices and assisting with the seamless functioning of our programs. Depending on the discretion and request of the Program Director, the Clinical Program Manager may also provide direct care services.

Key Responsibilities:

May provide direct care services to clients while documenting all services in accordance with HCA standards and state requirements.

Act as a role model of best practices, demonstrating professionalism and adherence to timelines and documentation expectations.

Participate in treatment team meetings to enhance comprehensive care coordination.

Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Review treatment-related documentation for completeness and clinical appropriateness.

Promote adherence to clinical and administrative procedures and foster a culture of excellence.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal team members.

Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily operations including:

Marketing and business development efforts.

Responding to inquiries and addressing any complaints from clients and stakeholders.

Managing client admissions and service authorizations.

Coordinating billing and payroll processes.

Building relationships with customers and referral sources.

Staff scheduling and organizing training.

Conducting chart audits to ensure documentation compliance.

Supporting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff.

Facilitating meetings and creating agendas as needed.

Assisting in the development and implementation of the annual strategic plan for the region.

Support budget preparation and assist with monthly financial statement reviews.

Contribute to marketing and strategic development efforts aligned with budget and growth objectives.

Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Support staff in pursuing professional licensure through ongoing supervision.

Offer mentorship and support to team members, modeling professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain quality benchmarks and organizational policies while supporting team activities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Licensure or eligibility in accordance with state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Experience in clinical mental health services, preferably in community-based settings.

Preferred experience in leadership and management roles.
