Job Summary

Join us as a Pest Control Service Technician! We are excited to welcome candidates from various blue-collar sectors such as construction, lawn care, and retail. If you possess a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service, we will provide you with all the training necessary for your success. In this role, you will inspect and perform pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients, using high-quality and environmentally-responsible products. Your professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction will make you a vital part of our team.

Full-time position

Up to $500 hiring bonus

Responsibilities

Navigate various structures including climbable areas and crawl spaces.

Deliver outstanding customer service to resolve pest concerns.

Understand and interpret pesticide labels for accurate product usage.

Document work activities and complete necessary paperwork.

Maintain professionalism while performing pest management service routes.

Conduct thorough customer consultations, inspections, and execute treatments effectively.

Care for and maintain company equipment and vehicle.

Address customer concerns with integrated pest management strategies.

Experience & Other Requirements:

Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.

Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Comfortable working around pests.

Physical labor experience is preferred.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Sales experience is required.

Preferred to be fully licensed.
