Senior-level position which allows individuals to develop themselves as financial professionals. Reps are customer service professionals who work in a team environment assisting Merrill Lynch clients with financial transactions and inquires relating to retirement products. Also responsible for identifying and referring downstream opportunities.
Additionally, the Fraud & Claims Strategist leads diverse administrative functions across a broad set of Wealth Management Fraud and Claims functions. May consult with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Assists with execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads analyses to manage business development, risk and loss processes. Participates in business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
Required Skills:
2 years Fraud or Reporting experience (SQL Coding)
Must be highly analytical w/ strong organizational skills
Strong Fraud background (currently or previously worked within a Fraud environment)
Must be able to prioritize and have a strong sense of urgency
Highly adaptable in an ever changing environment
Must be able to recognize fraud trends as they evolve, while creating strategies around these trends
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Extremely detail oriented / Excellent attention to detail
Must be a self-starter that works independently, with little direction
Ability to leads analyses to manage business development, risk and loss processes
Proficient w/ Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
Must be able to build networks and rapport w/ various levels of Leadership
Strong Executive presence

Pay range
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
