We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.rnPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:rnrnPrepares menus and displaysrnConsistently checks inventory and makes necessary ordersrnAssists with catering orders: supply, food preparations, room setup, service, breakdown, etc.
rnPrepares court side cafe when neededrnStock restaurant and concession stands rnFollows all appropriate local and state health department rules and regulations including safe food handling proceduresrnMaintains clean and functioning kitchens throughout the facility including proper food handling requirements and appropriate food storage temperaturesrnSupervises part-time team members to ensure safe and proper handling of food, products, and equipmentrnPerforms additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementrnrnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:rnrnSafe Serve Certification or similar certificationrnCPR and First Aid Certified preferredrn2+ years of experience in the food service industryrnAbility to work productively with a wide variety of agesrnFlexible work schedule and regular attendancernAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentrnMust be detail oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsrnAbility to multi-task and prioritizernAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsrnMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityrnCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersrnApplicants must be at least 21 years of age or olderrnrnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:rnrnMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highrnWill be required to stand for extended periods of time rnFacility has intermittent noise
