Leidos is looking for a Data Collection Specialist as part of the GSM-O II program. Join our team to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in providing, operating, and assuring command and control of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) services for the warfighter, national leaders, and coalition partners throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations.
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Data Collection Specialist team, you will play a vital role in the success of the DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC) mission. You will apply mathematical and statistical theories to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data, ensuring the provision of valuable information that supports the Global Solutions Management-Operations (GSM-O) II contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on contractual performance standards and manage the lifecycle of trouble tickets for a 24/7 Operations Center.
Collaborate with the Data Collection Services team to ensure adherence to functional processes and procedures.
Work under moderate supervision to analyze efficiencies and identify areas for improvement, contributing to process changes that yield effective integrated outcomes.
Support business practices by monitoring, updating, and analyzing ticket queues to clarify next actions and meet contract performance goals.
Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from team leads, offering timely and accurate information.
Utilize report data to identify routine problems and recommend solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance.
Fundamental understanding of IT ticketing processes, applications, and Data Analytics.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range:
$34,450.00 - $62,275.00
