We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, pitching Vibe’s services, and nurturing relationships that lead to long-term collaboration. This role is perfect for a confident communicator who knows how to translate value into opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
Develop and present tailored pitches that showcase Vibe Branding’s capabilities
Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales pipeline from discovery to contract
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs
Maintain a strong understanding of Vibe’s services, pricing, and differentiators
Track sales performance and pipeline progress using CRM tools
Represent Vibe Branding at industry events, networking groups, and virtual meetup
Report on lead generation, deal conversion, and client acquisition metrics
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a creative or marketing agency
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services
Self-starter mindset with a focus on results and growth
Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Bonus: Experience selling to SMBs, startups, or B2B service brands
