We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join the Rotten Tomatoes Product team. With support from senior team members, you will define product requirements for new features and enhancements for the Rotten Tomatoes website. Job Responsibilities
Define and develop requirements for web features around movie and show discovery, Rotten Tomatoes scores, critic and audience reviews, and social engagement.
Collaborate with senior product team members, as well as Engineering, Program Management, UX/Product Design, and Research.
Assist in identifying customer needs, tech trends, and market opportunities to evolve the product.
Write detailed requirements for the Engineering team and QA.
Manage and prioritize work, ensuring effective communication with Engineering.
Guide projects from inception through launch and post-launch iteration.
Monitor performance metrics to assess product success.
Develop a deep understanding of the Rotten Tomatoes brand and methodology.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1+ years of product experience, ideally in a digital media or an entertainment role.
Strong technical, UX, and web publications.
Ability to conceptualize, manage, and optimize product features throughout their lifecycle.
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive, professional tone across departments.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in a digital media or an entertainment role.
Experience with responsive web development for mobile and desktop.
Knowledge of building features on Safari, Chrome, and other web browsers.
Experience in tracking feature performance through dashboards and reports.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
