What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-On Repairs & Maintenance: Perform all assigned service and repair tasks with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and OEM standards.
Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and solve complex vehicle issues.
System Expertise: Service and repair major vehicle systems including:
o Engines & transmissions
o Suspension & steering
o Braking systems
o Electrical & AC systems
Warranty & Compliance Work: Complete all warranty work to manufacturer specifications and document repairs thoroughly.
Team Communication: Collaborate closely with service advisors to communicate repair needs, status updates, and time estimates.
Quality Control: Double-check every repair for accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction before returning the vehicle.
What You Bring to the Table
Solid experience as a Journeyman Technician in a dealership or equivalent setting
Strong understanding of manufacturer guidelines and service procedures
Ability to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately
A commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
ASE certifications (preferred); willingness to continue certification and training

Requirements
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
