National leader in real estate development is looking to expand their administrative team due to an internal growth opportunity. They offer a HYBRID work schedule! This role will be responsible for supporting a team of 3 Executives with high level administrative support. Requiring high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism. Responsibilities Include:
Managing and maintaining complex and detailed schedules - prioritizing appointments
Arranging airline travel, hotel reservations and ground transportation including agendas and schedules.
Preparing, editing and creating reports, correspondences, presentations and communications
Processing and submitting expenses for executives ensuring policies are being followed
Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings and events
Research and prioritize other administrative projects
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels
