This position is responsible for increasing market share within the assigned client base. The Sales Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include establishing new client accounts and driving the sale of new products and services.
Key duties involve developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, organizing and executing sales efforts within the assigned territory, and achieving predetermined sales goals and objectives.
This role requires substantial telephone communication, familiarity with the Video/Movie Streaming industry, and an understanding of content suitability for various audiences.
Responsibilities
Drive new business growth and maximize revenue through strategic sales efforts and customer engagement within company-approved guidelines
Set and achieve sales goals by drafting contracts, maintaining accurate records, and actively contributing to team discussions on sales, marketing, and service strategies
Research and develop new sales leads, leveraging industry insights to build a pipeline of prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, in-person visits, and prompt resolution of service issues
Deliver compelling presentations and attend industry conferences to generate new business, while continually refining strategies based on current marketplace trends
Prepare tailored sales profiles and finalize contracts for new clients, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients
Proactively analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and additional sales opportunities.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-6 years sales experience preferred
Travel for conferences is required up to 5%
