Director Facilities Engineering

Pride Health is hiring a Director of Facilities Engineering to support our client’s medical facility.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title- Director, Facilities Engineering

Location – Pittsfield, MA 01201

Length of assignment – 3 months + Possible Extension

Pay rate –$65/hr. - $70/hr.

Shift – 9 AM – 5 PM Monday-Friday

Job Duties

Proactive participation in strategic planning with a focus on project management skills, analytic ability, sound judgment, and strong operational focus.

Manage & organize financial operating budgets for several departments.

Lead staff effectively and function as role models, collegial and effective, as it relates to people at all levels within the organization.

Designs, implements, and maintains processes and documentation to ensure compliance with Joint Commission Utility Management, Environment of Care, and Life Safety standards as well as other regulatory requirements. Co-Chairs the Environment of Care Committee.

Required

Minimum of five years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadership experience preferred.

Operations/construction management within an automated systems healthcare setting work environment.

MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) REQUIRED
