The VP of Sales role is a newly created position that requires a recognized top-performer and high-energy personality with strong goal-orientation and ability along with desire to coach and mentor. The VP of Sales is a senior executive who oversees the sales organization and is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategies, setting revenue targets and leading the sales team to achieve them. The VP of Sales is the chief sales officer, responsible for generating top-line growth and driving the company's revenue engine.

Desired Competencies
Direct industry experience in a digital marketing industry. Experience in marketing/communication services, advertising agency and trade promotion is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends is a big plus.

scaling and leading high-performing sales teams and driving significant revenue growth;
