Key Requirements:

Strong Excel/data analytics/reporting skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation)

Experience with TMO tools: MagentaBuilt, Cliq/NLG, DocuSign, Ariba/Scopeworker

Telecom background in Site Development: zoning, leasing, construction coordination, compliance

Ability to review leases and interpret language

Skilled at managing multiple projects and cross-functional communication (RF, site acq, landlords, construction)

Role Responsibilities:

Support site acquisition, zoning, construction design, compliance, and project tracking

Daily coordination with PMs and teams

Maintain data integrity: track KPIs, audit reports, process POs

Provide status updates, identify and resolve site-level issues

Work Schedule:

Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Sandy Springs), up to 2 days remote
