Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Longmont, Colorado

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Industrial Talent Group is hiring a Quality Inspector to join our quality lab team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in metal or plastic manufacturing who has hands-on experience with FAIRs, mid-cycle, and final inspections. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with tight tolerances, and able to operate a CMM, we’d love to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIR), mid-process, and final inspections

Operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for part measurements

Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

Work closely with production and engineering to address quality concerns

Maintain inspection reports and documentation

Qualifications:

Experience in quality inspection in metal or plastic manufacturing

Familiar with FAIR, mid-cycle, and final inspections

Proficient with basic measuring tools and gauges

Able to operate a CMM within tight tolerances

Strong attention to detail; knowledge of GD&T is a plus
