About the Position – Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are looking for someone who can form a strong partnership with our CEO, reliably take on certain tasks and responsibilities to lighten his load, and enable him to engage more with the visionary aspects of the company. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work very closely with the CEO and leadership team, as well as significantly affect employee morale and satisfaction. It is one of the most important roles in the company.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), working from our Alpine, Utah office. We have a beautiful office and incredible views of the surrounding mountains.
While this is an in-office position, there is flexibility to work remote from time to time, in extenuating circumstances. The work hours for this position are from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Job Responsibilities
This role includes:
Daily planning meetings with the CEO
Undertaking time-sensitive initiatives and special projects
Supporting the CEO and leadership team
Attending various company and partner meetings with the CEO
Attending and participating in weekly leadership team meetings
Taking accurate notes in meetings and keeping records
Ensuring good communications and completed commitments
Arranging meetings, preparing materials and correspondence
Office management and vendor management
Organizing quarterly and annual leadership offsite meetings
Organizing weekly and monthly team activities
Building relationships within the organization
Acting as a barometer for any issues and keeping the CEO updated
Prioritizing tasks and handling conflicting priorities for a positive outcome
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree
Typing speed over 60 WPM
At least 2 years of past experience as an executive assistant
