Job Description:

Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SME with strong CRM and architectural/functional expertise (not a developer) to optimize usage of MS Dynamics within the Grand Central project. This person will act as a bridge between developers and enterprise architects and provide thought leadership on Dynamics capabilities and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Dynamics CRM utilization strategy

• Recommend alternatives where platform features are stretched

• Collaborate on future state engineering initiatives

• Evaluate cloud-based integration with Azure SaaS

• Offer strategic advice on feature deprecations or upgrades

Required Skills:

• MS Dynamics CRM expertise (ERP experience is a plus)

• Azure SaaS integration experience

• General cloud knowledge (hosted & non-hosted)

• Ability to assess and communicate platform capabilities and limitations

• Located in EST preferred; travel may be required
