We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage our U.S. finance operations with a focus on international tax planning, cross-border financial compliance, and global financial integration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. and international tax regulations, financial reporting under GAAP and IFRS, and the ability to optimize cross-border transactions and global cash flows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement tax planning strategies for cross-border transactions (including VAT, corporate income tax, and customs duties) in compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.
Review international letters of credit, cross-border payments, and transfer pricing arrangements for tax compliance. Lead responses to tax audits and manage disputes with tax authorities.
Monitor changes in global tax frameworks (e.g., BEPS), and develop appropriate strategies and policies.
Oversee financial consolidation for overseas subsidiaries, manage global cash flow planning and foreign exchange risk, and improve global capital efficiency.
Build and maintain international shared finance service processes. Coordinate with overseas teams for accounting operations, AR/AP reconciliation, and asset control.
Review financial clauses in international business contracts to assess tax and funding risks.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Lead annual audit processes and internal control system development.
Prepare global consolidated financial reports and management analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with overseas subsidiaries, banks, and third-party providers (e.g., Big Four firms) to support financial system digitization and integration.
Provide tax optimization and cost control advice to business units; participate in financial due diligence for cross-border M&A activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
8+ years of experience in financial management, including 3+ years in cross-border tax planning or international finance operations.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal/state tax systems and OECD international tax rules; familiarity with BEPS, CRS, and other global compliance requirements.
Solid full-spectrum finance capabilities (accounting, budgeting, analysis) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Fluent in English (professional working proficiency or above); Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
