Derivatives Documentation Operations Analyst

Top Tier Asset Manager is looking for a Derivatives Documentation Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals on the Trading Desks, Technology, Legal, Group Finance, Middle Office, Compliance, Reconciliations and external counterparties to resolve issues, queries and drive our processes forward. This role is responsible for ensuring that proper Asset Management processes and procedures are executed successfully to maintain our strong control framework and efficiencies from both a personnel and processing perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in Operations or similar role

Knowledge of OTC and Listed products and regulations (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FinfraG etc...) and ISDA protocols

Works well independently and as part of a team of equals

Flexibility and desire to continuous learning

Experience with derivative booking systems, as well as Markitwire, Markit Trade Manager (MTM), TradeSuite etc..

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

This role will sit HYBRID out of New York, NY office.
