About the Role:

The Chief Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, driving innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations. The Chief Engineer will also be tasked with developing and implementing maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and performance. A key focus will be on predictive maintenance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and optimize production. Ultimately, the Chief Engineer will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that engineering practices align with business objectives and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in plant operations and maintenance management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with turbine operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure effective plant operations and maintenance.

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues that arise during plant operations.
